COVID-19 Policy

If a buyer or seller has tested positive for COVID-19, or if a buyer or seller has been quarantined due to Exposure to COVID-19:
We require written documentation from the Health Department from the county in which said buyer or seller resides, releasing them from Quarantine before they may enter our office.
We will not conduct or facilitate any remote closing that would encourage said buyer or seller from violating the rules of quarantine.
